We had a great vacation here and we're planning to return. the location near the bus terminal was really convenient 🚌.

Booked a room with particularly good views of the mountains. Marvellous location, we were short walk to convenience stores and Fillipino market and everything-laundry shop, restaurant, Watson, bank. Furthermore, to bus terminal.

The hotel design is awesome - ambient and spacious rooms with smoke-free environment. Friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcomed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great architecture and easy parking. Fast and helpful service, delicious food. Sustainable practices with recycled glass bottles and no single-use amenities.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, so getting around required some planning or using transportation like Grab. , if you're a light sleeper, you may want to request a room away from the elevator as the arrival sound can be quite loud.

Additionally, the service was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. Secondly, the hotel had a beautiful view from our room, which added to the overall experience. Lastly, the hotel was conveniently located near shops and eateries, making it easy to explore the area.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Kota Kinabalu with beautiful city views from my 11th floor room. The attention to detail was outstanding, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a comfortable sofa to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was perfect. The basic amenities were well-maintained, including the clean gym with good quality machines. The hotel's location in an area of shop lots was convenient for exploring the city.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the complementary breakfast and fitness facilities were great perks. the hotel's proximity to nearby stores made it easy to grab snacks for our nightly movie sessions. Plus, the views from the higher floors were stunning.

The inflexibility of the cancellation policy. We had to pay the entire amount even though we cancelled one day before our check-in date.

During our stay at Ibis Styles, we were impressed by the stunning city view, especially at night. The room and bathroom were both spacious and modern, with great soundproofing so we could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and at ease.

One drawback was the lack of soundproofing on the doors, as we could hear people passing by in the hallway. There were also strong scents of bleach and chlorine at times, which could be overpowering.

The nearby convenience shops were handy, but unfortunately, they couldn't make up for the clear lack of functioning facilities. Everything from the slow shower drainage to the outdated gym equipment was quite bothersome. On the bright side, the staff was accommodating and the room had a nice view.
